These terms cover your use of MadeForThread (madeforthread.com and app.madeforthread.com). By using it, you agree to them.

The beta

MadeForThread is an invite-only beta and is free to use. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may end access to the beta at any time. We'll try to give you notice so you can download your work.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account, using an invitation sent to you. Keep your account secure and don't share invitations meant for you. We may turn off accounts that misuse the service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the designs you make. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run the service for you. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. Don't access other people's accounts or data, and don't use it to harm others.

Thread colors and quantities

Thread matches, quantities and previews are estimates. Colors on screen can differ from real thread. Check before you buy materials.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, MadeForThread isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost work. Keep copies of anything important.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use MadeForThread means you accept the new terms.
